Life Coaching with John Gibbs
All are similar, but differ in the depth to which you go, and the time needed to get there. Life coaching is more goal-orientated whereas psychotherapy and counseling add self-reflection and inner motivation, and result in more permanent change. They all give you the opportunity to be heard, in confidence, and be helped with making sense of issues close to your heart, and with choices you may need to make.
Individuals, Couples, Children and Families.
Individual sessions of 1 hour (60 mins)
Seminars for groups
What to expect
As a therapist, I am an ally who can see things from your point of view. I listen, reflect, and support you on your way - like an advocate for the Self. Therapy doesn’t just focus on difficulties or the past, but looks at your good qualities, and aims to help you get what you want out of life; whether that is to grow, to become happier and more fulfilled, to change old behaviours that no longer serve, or to identify and develop your potential.
Therapy is useful for
“Well-being means to be fully born, to become what one potentially is; it means to have the full capacity for joy and sadness or, to put it still differently, to awake from the half-slumber the average man lives in and be fully awake”.
