What are systemic dynamics?
Also called constellations, they are a structured way of seeing how families and organizations behave, and seeing the natural order that makes the individual in them thrive. In individual sessions, the representatives can be pieces of felt or counters. In group sessions, the representatives are chosen by the client from the group (3 or more). Constellation work is fast, gives an accurate model and diagnosis of the client's situation, and allows changes to be tried out to come to a workable resolution. The client can get a felt sense of what it is like to live in the solution rather than in the problem. Taking this experience back into life gives space for change to occur.
This work was pioneered by Bert Hellinger 30 years ago, and has matured in Germany before spreading in the recent past to the rest of Europe. Originally it focussed on individuals and the influences of their family, but has broadened to include how individuals and organisations function.
Is Yoga a religion?
No; at its simplest, it is way of keeping the body/mind flexible, toned, and balanced. Longer use and more advanced techniques prepare the body/mind for meditative practice that can be used in any religion, or on its own.
